Which IT roles do you recruit for?
We recruit software developers, QA engineers, DevOps and cloud engineers, data and AI specialists, cybersecurity professionals, SAP and enterprise application consultants, product and project managers, and technology leaders.
Do you recruit for remote and hybrid IT roles?
Yes. We are based in Mumbai and recruit for onsite, hybrid and remote IT roles across India.
How are your fees charged?
Fees are a success-based percentage of the candidate's annual CTC, agreed in writing before we begin and payable only when a candidate joins.
What happens if the person leaves soon after joining?
If the candidate resigns within 90 days of joining, we find a replacement at no additional fee. This covers a voluntary resignation by the candidate. It does not apply where the company ends the candidate's employment.
Do IT professionals pay any fee?
No. Candidates are never charged. Our fees are paid by the hiring company.
